Allergies & Intolerances

You must inform us of any allergies or intolerances before placing your order. Due to the nature of our kitchen and food preparation processes, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. Please see our Allergen section of our website.

Ingredient Modifications & Substitutions

If you wish to remove or substitute an ingredient in any dish, please clearly note your request during the ordering process or contact us directly. Modifications or substitutions may incur additional charges and are at the discretion of the company.

Delivery Start Time: Our deliveries begin at 08.30 AM.

Reheating Instructions

Please follow the re heating or cooking instructions on the meal.

Reporting Issues

Any issues or concerns with your food must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order. This includes missing or incorrect items. Please contact us by phone so our team can assist you promptly.

Affected items: Any items found to be incorrect or faulty will be collected fo inspection. Failure to return items will result in the forfeiture of credits or refunds.

Resolution will be at the discretion of the business

Missing items: Missing items will be verified on the dispatch checking area and will be resent out promptly following confirmation.
